Refund policy

Returns
Returns are accepted on domestic orders for items that are clean, unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Please email jxdshop.hello@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your order with your order number and a photo of the item. Customer pays for return shipping. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. If your return is approved it takes up to 14 days for the refund to appear on your original payment method. 

Exceptions
Custom orders, orders with international shipping, and sale items are final sale and not eligible for return. 

Damages/Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
